According to Davido, some anonymous people never wanted the show to go on, and made him switch venues from Ocean View Grounds to the Eko Atlantic just 6 days to the event. After that, he was sued by someone who he refused to work with, according to the plaintiff, the name “City of Davido” was his idea and he has to change it or loose the case. He, Davido went on to change it all, print new tickets with the new name “Davido live in concert” and still sold it all out.
Later on, with 2 days to go, those people went on with the lawsuit but they, Davido and crew, came out victorious.
